According to a Primerates.com survey of Phoenix mortgage rates, three Phoenix institutions offered rates at below 4.000%.
According to a Primerates.com survey of San Antonio mortgage rates, three San Antonio institutions offered rates below 4.000%.
According to a Primerates.com survey of Riverside, CA CD rates, Riverside’s largest banks offered rates between 0.050% and 0.700%.
According to a Primerates.com survey of Detroit mortgage rates, four Detroit institutions offered rates around 4.000%.
